Commercial information — orders placed, products purchased or considered, invoices, quotations, returns, warranty claims, and customer-service history.

Business and dealer verification information — business license, locksmith license or registration, seller's permit or resale certificate, Federal Tax ID/EIN, dealership or repair credentials, and government-issued identification when required to verify a professional account.

Payment-related information — billing details and transaction records. Full payment card numbers are processed by our payment providers and are not stored on our systems.

Internet and device information — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, and interactions with our website, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Communications — emails, messages, telephone notes, and support requests you send us.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information as defined under California law, and we do not use or disclose any such information for purposes requiring an additional right to limit.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission and proof of identity.

Opt out of sharing. To opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, email us with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information," use any opt-out link provided on our website, or enable the Global Privacy Control signal in your browser.

We will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.

B. Other U.S. States

Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising.   • Dealer verification and licensing documents — retained for the duration of the account relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for compliance and audit purposes
  • Marketing contact information — retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, and for a short period afterward to honor your opt-out
  • Website and analytics data — generally retained for up to twenty-six (26) months

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it in accordance with our retention practices and applicable law.
